THERMX EG032-9801E Polymer is a glass reinforced PET (non-flame retardant) which has a melting point of approximately 480 degrees farenheit.
The GFR-PET products offer increased strength, stiffness and high temperature resistance, good chemical resistance, a UL flame rating of HB, and a UL thermal index of 150 degrees celcius (302 degrees farenheit).
The product can be produced in colored grades, including appliance white.
The material is processes by typical injection molding using oil heated molds (225 -250 degrees farenheit) and suitable pellet dryers.
