HYDRITE Flat-D is a hydrous aluminum silicate particularly well suited for use as a filler in paints.
HYDRITE Flat-D has a low oil absorption which allows for a higher filler loading. The resulting benefits are reduced formulation cost, lower shrinkage and less chalking.
Paint - interior emulsions, primer systems, exterior emulsions, exterior oleoresinous.
Plastics - bulk molding compounds and preform epoxy molding, phenolic molding.
Rubber - mechanical goods.
