In the electronics market, ARCOSOLV PMA-EL has replaced EEA in photoresist formulations used in semiconductor processing.
In these processes, it is used in positive photoresist formulations.
ARCOSOLV PMA may also be used in solvent systems for cleaning and degreasing circuit boards and removing solder flux.
ARCOSOLV PMA shows very broad solvency.
Its solvency characteristics generally match those of chlorinated solvents more closely than do glycol ethers and alcohols. |
