Therm-Chek 139 Stabilizer is a liquid Barium-Zinc heat and light stabilizer for use in flexible and semi-rigid PVC and plastisols.
It is formulated to perform in opaque applications that require excellent early color retention in both static and dynamic heat stability testing.
It is an excellent choice for printed calendered products.
Typical applications include wallpaper, coated fabrics and pool liners.
This stabilizer is recommended for calendering applications that require a bright white color and resistance to yellowing.
It also works well in extrusion and plastisol applications.
Therm-Chek 139 is recommended for outdoor applications because of its outstanding weatherability and low temperature aging properties.
Therm-Chek 139 is moderately lubricating.
However, heat sealing and printing characteristics are excellent.
This product is recommended for applications in which calendered products are stored before printing.
When antimicrobial resistance is needed, this stabilizer is an excellent choice to be used with Micro-Chek antimicrobials. |
