BLACK PEARLS 480 is a high structure regular color pigment black suitable for letterpress and web offset news inks.
* Printing Inks:
BLACK PEARLS 480 is a high structure general purpose pelleted pigment black suitable for lithographic inks, aqueous newspaper printing inks and also a broad field of other liquid ink applications. It provides high color intensity with excellent dispersibility.
* Other Applications: This product is commonly used as an all purpose pigment in Building Products Applications and in General Dispersions. The dispersibility of BLACK PEARLS 480 pigment
black depends on the equipment used and the formulation. It is less difficult to disperse compared to products with lower structure in the regular color range. BLACK PEARLS 480 is a pelleted pigment black with a typical bulk density of 21 lbs/ft3 that can be bulk handled. It is also available in an easier to disperse powdered form as MONARCH 480. |
