DOW CORNING 1716 MicroEmulsion is suitable to provide a 'Fabric Care' benefit for rinse cycle fabric softeners.
Based on internal panel testing results, the use of this product provides highly significant improvements in softness and significant results in anti-wrinkle and water absorbency compared to conventional rinse cycle fabric softeners compositions.
