DOW CORNING 28203 Emulsion is suitable to provide a 'Fabric Care' benefit for rinse cycle fabric softeners.
Based on internal panel testing results, the use of this product provides highly significant improvements in antiwrinkle and softness and significant results in fabric water absorbency, ease of ironing and ease of wrinkle removal compared to conventional rinse cycle fabric softener compositions.
