DOW CORNING 28663 MicroEmulsion is suitable to provide a 'Fabric Care' benefit for rinse cycle fabric softeners.
Based on internal panel testing results, the use of this product provides highly significant improvements in antiwrinkle and significant results in ease of ironing, ease of crease removal and softness compared to conventional rinse cycle fabric softeners compositions.
