Mark 6734 is a solid Barium/Calcium/Zinc PVC heat stabilizer for flexible and rigid compounds.
Mark 6734 is suggested as a stabilizer for various PVC compounds currently stabilized with solid barium-cadmium materials. It will offer excellent initial early color hold and better long term heat stability than previous Ba/Zn solid stabilizers.
Mark 6734 is a general purpose stabilizer imparting excellent moderate temperature heat stability and lubricity. Calendering operations will benefit by using Mark 6734. Plate-out resistance will be improved over cadmium stabilized compounds Mark 6734 can be used in automotive interior compounds imparting low windshield fog characteristics. When Mark 6734 is used in conjunction with Mark 6045, excellent urethane stain resistance is attained. |
