Cassurit MSV liq is a reactive but low-formal dehyde melamine-formaldehyde compound that reacts in the presence of acid donirs to form a highmolecular resin.
Crosslinking can be carried out by the conventional curing method or on molding presses.
When used for bonding or modifying the handle of fabrics, Cassurit Msv liq can be applied at concentrations of up to 40%, relative to the fabric.
When applied together with polymer dispersions, 5-20% Cassurit MSV liq, relative to the polymer dispersions,s used.
Thecatalysts mainly used are organic hardeners such as Catalyst CR liq.
The concentration is in the region of 10% Catalyst CR liq, relative to Cassurit MSV liq.
In compression molding the amounts of catalyst are reduced to 2.5% Catalyst CR liq, relative to Cassurit MSV liq |

Ionic character : nonionic
pH : 9.5-10.5 (at 20'C)
Dilutability : Miscible in all proportions with cold water.The dilutability changes in line with the storage stability.
Density at 20'C : About 1.25g/ml |
