High strength lowest durometer silicone mold making rubber suited for the detailed reproduction of figurines, art objects and similar items.
Silastic 3487 with 87-S Curing Agent is recommended for use with polyester, rigid polyurethane and plaster and can be used with cement.
SILASTIC 3487 is a two-component material consisting of SILASTIC 3487 Base, which, when mixed with SILASTIC 87S Curing Agent, cures at room temperature by a condensation reaction.
A range of materials can be cast into the cured silicone mold: plaster, polyurethane and polyester resins are materials typically used. |
