PAT-44/04, an internal release agent and lubricant for rubber manufacturing, is composed of organic acid derivatives.
Advantages are : Reduced mould built-up and thus extended cleaning cycles, even with complex compounds,reduced mixing time and resultant evergy savings,Improved flow,improved surface,reduced sulfur blooming,By adding PAT-44/04 together with the fillers, more uniform dispersion is achieved,even in heavily filled compounds.
Due to its excellent compatibility with practically all natural and synthetic rubbers and its netural behaviour in the mix, PAT-44/04 is ideally suited for use with ACM,CR,ECO,EPDM,EVA,FPM,NBR,NR and SBR. |
