PAT-707 is a liquid external release agent.
It firms a monomolecular film which adheres to the ould surface, and is not peeled off during unmoulding.
PAT-707 does not contain silicones.
Adcantages are : high gloss finish of unmoulded parts,multiple releases with a single application after mould break in,excellent slipping qualities,reduced build up on mould,no post moulding problems.
Release agent for processing of natural and synthetic rubbers. |
