PAT-714/A is a liquid release agent for unvulcanized rubber mixtures and batches being stored be fore manufacturing.
Futher on it can be used as release agent during the vulcanization, e.g. for profiles and hoses as well as in the production of foils made of bitumen.
Pat-714/A can be applied by dipping, spraying of brushing.
In connection with sticky mixtures and in the production of bitumen foils PAT-714/A should be used as supplied.
PAT-714/A can be doluted(1:1 up to 1:2) with water when working with slightly sticky mixtures or when added to the cooling bath.
PAT-714/A shows an excellent release effect even after a longer storage period.
Vulcanization speed,mechanical properties and aging resistance are normally not influenced.
Due to the formation of a thin and equal release film PAT-714/A shows a high productiveness.
Residues of release agent can be easily removed with water.
PAT-714/A should be stirred up before use. |
