PAT-715/L is a liquid release agent preventing the agglutination of unvulcanized rubber mixtures and batch being stored be fore manufacturing.
Release is effective at temperatures up to 80'C.
During vulcaziation problems will come up.
PAT-715/L has also proves as an effective lubricant for treatmemt of rubber surfaces.
PAT-715/L has only low tendency to foaming.
It can be diluted with tap water.
PAT-715/A can be applied by dipping,spraying or brushing.
Nomally dipping is perferred because the material can be added directly to the cooling bath.
The concentration of PAT-715/A in te dipping bath depends on the required release effect and therefore on the composition of the resp rebber.
nomarlly 1-5% PAT-715/L is sufficient when using it in the cooling bath.
Although the obtained emulsions are very stable,the bath should be strred from time to time.
When used as lubricant,PAT-715/L should not be diluted. |
