PAT-726 is a liquid external release agent for the rubber manufacturing,formulated as watery solution.
PAT-726 is especially suitable for high-temperature application and for manufacturing of critical materials.
After the moulds are "broken in" with PAT-726 many perfect releases are obtained.
The mould dirtying will be reduced caused by the excellent rleasing effect.
PAT-726 forms a monomolecular film,which adheres to the mould surface and is not peeled off during unmoulding.
PAT-726 can be safely used for the production of articles(made of BR,CR,CSM,EPDM,IIR,IR,NBR,NR and SBR)being used in the food sector(according to BgVV). |
