PAT-744/LH is a liquid external release agent for the rubber manufacturing,formulated as watery solution.
PAT-744/LH is especially suitable for high-temperature application and for manufacturing of critical materials.
After the moulds are "broken in" with PAT-744/LH many perfect releases are obtained.
The mould dirtying will be reduced caused by the excellent effect.
PAT-744/LH forms a monomolecular film,which adheres to the mould surface and is not peeled doff during unmoulding.
Clean moulds thoroughly before applying PAT-744/LH, if other release agents were used perviously.
Apply PAT-744/LH in an equal and thin coat by sprating, brushing or wiping.
If necessary, PAT-744/LH can be diluted with water. |
