PAT-764/A is an internal release agent which is incorporated directly into the rubber compound.
It can eliminate the need for external release agents.
A small dosage of PAT-764/A result in a smooth release of the finished product as well as reduced built up on the mould.
At the below mentioned dosage level PAT-764/A meets the BgVV-recommendations for articles (made of BR,CR,CSM,EPDM,IIR,IR,NBR and SBR)being used in ciontact with drinking water (KTW_Empfehlung Teil 1.3.13) |
