| ADIPRENE PP 1095 is the first p-phenylene diisocyanate terminated polyester based ADIPRENE prepolymer introduced by Uniroyal Chemical. PPDI, a special new building block, is used to impart exceptional properties to polyester cast urethanes. When cured with a modified VIBRACURE( A250 curative, a high quality 95 Shore A elastomer is acheived. The stress-strain properties of Adiprene PP 1095 are superior to TDI/MBCA or MDI/DIOL polyester elastomers. When cured with a diol curative, PP 1095 has the excellent hysteretic properties of a 95A polyether elastomer but with the superior properior properties of a polyester. The remarkable features of ADIPRENE PP 1095 elastomer include superior dynamic properties, outstanding tear strength, superior toughness,excellent abrasion resistance, and excellent resilience. |
