Deltaforge907 is a water-extendable graphite/polymer material specifically engineered to combine the operational advantages of oil die lubricants with the cleanliness and safety of water-based lubricants. This product is extremely versatile, and performs well over an extremely wide range of operating conditions.
Deltaforge 907 wets hot dies effectively for mechanical press forging of steels, brass and aluminum, and the hammer forging of steels.
This material offers excellent lubricity, controlled metal movement, efficient die filling, and good release even with hot, deep, complex dies.
A durable lubricating film, which protects tooling, forms with consistent application of Deltaforge 907.
