Deltaforge 31 is a smokeless, water based, graphite die lubricant designed to meet the forging industry's needs in difficult mechanical press work and highly automated operations.
It can be used on a wide variety of part sizes and configurations.
Deltaforge 31 is particularly effective for warm or hot precision forging operations.
It is used extensively to reduce costs and increase productivity when hot forging plain carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel.
Deltaforge 31 forms a uniform dry film coating when sprayed on dies at temperatures up to and exceeding 600'F (316'C).
