Deltacast 627 is an oil emulsion designed for all aluminum die casting work and is especially effective on hotter, more complex work.
It is highly refined to minimize buildup and smoke.
It is water-dilutable, making its use economical.
Additions of complex polymers to Deltacast 627 give castings a bright, stain-free surface finish.
Cores and slides are well lubricated. Porosity problems are severely reduced as proven by actual in-plant usage.
Deltacast 627 is especially suitable in custom shops for a wide variety of casting parts and applications. |
