They are mainly used as emulsifier, emollient or lubricant in applications including food, personal care, plastics, functional fluids, metal treatment, pharmaceuticals, paints, textiles.
Polyglycerol esters are used in cakes, desserts, skin cream, hair care products, medicinals, beverages, plastics, lubricants, pharmaceuticals and textile applications.

Polyaldo HGDS (6-2-S) is used as auxiliary emulsifying agent in cake mixes, as whipping agent in whipped creams (provides foam stabilization in acidic formulations), as freeze thaw stabilizer in frozen dessert and as anti-sticking agent in chewing-gum.
