Fatty esters are the result of the esterification of a fatty acid.
They are mainly used as emulsifier, emollient or lubricant in applications including food, personal care, plastics, functional fluids, metal treatment, pharmaceuticals, paints, textiles.
Polysorbate is another name for ethoxylated sorbitan ester.
Glycosperse L-10 K is a nonionic surfactant which has both emulsification and viscosity modification properties in aqueous systems.
