In PVC, Benzoflex 2160 acts as a high solvator, which enables vinyl compounds to be fused faster at lower temperatures.
In plastisol formulations it provides lower viscosity, which improves processability and handling. Its permanence, characterized by resistance to extraction, low migration and low volatility is highly valued in many PVC applications such as artificial leather cloth, resilient flooring, PVC foam, roto-molded items and dip-coated products.
