Sodium Benzoate is primarily used as a preservative in the food and beverage industries.
It also is used as a preservative in cosmetic products and as a corrosion inhibitor in automotive and other antifreeze products.
Velsicol offers three forms of sodium benzoate - Probenz® SG Sodium Benzoate (Granular), Sodium Benzoate Food Grade, FCC (Powder) and Sodium Benzoate Food Grade, FCC (Extruded).
