Burcoquest VF is specifically designed to chelate iron, disperse silicates, and sequester hardness salts and other metal ions over a wide pH range.
It is particularly effective at very alkaline pH's where other chelates lose chelation capacity.
At alkaline pHs, such as in hydrogen peroxide bleach baths, caustic scour baths, and mercerizer baths, it is a highly efficient iron chelating agent.
Burcoquest VF also contains sequestering and dispersing additives that suspend silicates and tie up calcium and magnesium salts in cotton and hard water to prevent redeposition onto goods and equipment during the scouring and bleaching process. |
