Bonding Agent P1 is used for pre-dip solutioning of polyester tire and industrial cord prior to a secondary treatment with an RFL system.
The two-dip treatment provides superior adhesion to other known treatment systems. Available as a powder and as a 68% wetcake.

SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1.34 for dry powder.
MELTING RANGE: 187-200°C (369-392°F)
SOLUBILITY: Insoluble in water. Slightly insoluble in DMT, acetonitrile, cyclohexanone, methyl ethyl ketone and cresylic acid. |
