Oxy 220LG resin is a specialty PVC homopolymer resin designed for applications where a reduction in gloss or a matte finish is required.
Oxy 220LG resin usually used in blends with other PVC resins.
The suggested loading is 30 phr.
This level will vary depending on the type of process, the level of plasticizer, and the desired gloss level.
The first part of this study was to compare low gloss properties of Oxy 220LG resin over a broad processing range.
The second part was to compare Oxy 220LG versus other low gloss modifiers for physical and low gloss properties. |
