Oxy 631 is a medium molecular weight PVC dispersion resin.
It has found acceptance in such applications as roll coating, strand coating, dip coatingm slush molding, rotational casting, cellular vinyls and sealants.
Oxy 631 has low brookfield and severs properries as well as excellent viscosity stability.
It also has exceptional natural air release.
Oxy 631 has found extensive use in cast cellular vinyls using Azo type chemical blowing agents.
The speed at which Oxy 631 enters the fused state asseures that gas evolution will occur in a satisfactory environment acceptable foam quality under tolerate high temperatures.
Oxy 631 can be used in place of high molecular weight resins to obtain adequste tensile strength.
