| Titanate Coupling Agent NDZ-201 |

NDZ-201 is mono-alkoxy pyrophosphato titanate coupling agent. It equates KR-TTS(Kenrich Chemical Company U.S.). It is compatible to semi-polar material and have flame retardant properties. It is applied for composites and coating etc.
* Application:
1.It is applied for the treatment of inorganic fillers, such as CaCO3, tale etc., which are filled into resins. It may improve fillers content, mechanical properties. It may be used in materials, such as PVC, nylon, PP etc.
2.The product may be used in coating to reduce the viscosity, sediment resistance and improve the dispersion properties, the water resistance, fire resistance and corrosion resistance.
3.The product improved tensile strength, tear strength, tear strength, ultimate elongation and antioxidant properties of rubber products.
4.The used of it in organic aluminum trihydrate filled unsaturated polyester resin may prevent the sedimentation of the filler in the resin, also, it improves flame retardant of the glass-fiber reinforcement resins.
5.The product may be used as coupling agent between inorganic filler and resins, also, it may be used as coupling agent between polar and non-polar material. |
