Titanate Coupling Agent NDZ-130

NDZ-130 is monoalkoxy fatty acid titanate coupling agent and equates KR-TTS(Kenrich Chemical Company U.S.). The product is solid, and easy to measure and pack, has better thermal stability. It is used in un-polar and semi-polar polymer such as PP,PE rubber etc.
* Application:
1.It improved polymer's thermal stability, surface brightness, the fillers content and reduced the resins content and cost of products.
2.It is applied for the inorganic fillers such as CaCO3, tale etc. to improve the hydrophobic, dispersion and mechanical properties of products, and reduce water absorption.
3.It is applied for treatment of tale which is filled into rubber to improve the tear resistance and tensile of rubber, and it may partly replace silica.

Appearance: white to light yellow waxy solid
Melting point: 49'C
Decomposition point: 285'C
Solution: soluble in organic solvent, hydrolyze in water
