Titanate Coupling Agent NDZ-311

NDZ-311 is a kind of hydroxyl fatty acid-chelate pyrophosphato titante coupling agent.It equates KR-38(Kenrich Chemical Company U.S.).It is stable in water. It is especially used in aqueous filler or polymer.It is compatible with semi-polar and polar materials.
* Application:
1.It is applied for the treatment of those fillers such as CaCO3, clay etc, which are filled into polymer. It would improve impact modifiers and rheological behaviour of the polymer.Carbon black treated with NDZ-311 was filled into composite to improve elect-conductive property of the composite, such as PVC, nylon, PP etc. It may be used in semi-polar and polar polymer resins.
2.It may be used in coating to improve the dispersion of inorganic fillers such as silica. In pyolmer, it improved the fillers content of coating and improved coating layer's water resistance, sedimetation resistance fire resistance and corrosion resistance.
3.The product may be used as coupling agents between inorganic fillers and organic resin, between different polaric organic resins, too.
