GEM 2000, a blend of glycerol, polyglycerols and polyglycols, is used in water-base drilling fluids to improve lubricity and shale stability.
GEM 2000 is an integral part of the BXR-2000 water-based polyalcohol system.
GEM 2000 is not affected by TM contaminants commonly encountered.
