OMC 42, a polyimide surfactant, is effective in lowering rheological properties in oilbased
fluids.
OMC 42 is recommended for fluids containing organophilic clays or large quantities of drilled solids.
*Applications/Functions: OMC 42 can be used to reduce the yield point and gel strengths of oil-based drilling fluids.
