THERMA-VIS, synthetic magnesium silicate, is a viscosifier specifically formulated for geothermal applications.
It does not thermally flocculate, and it provides stable viscosity at temperatures up to 700'F(371'C).
THERMA-VIS is stable at electrolyte concentrations exceeding 10,000 mg/l.
*Applications/Functions: Formulate geothermal drilling fluids, Viscosify water-based drilling fluids in high temperature applications
