THERMO MUL, a blend of oxidized tall oil and polyaminated fatty acid, is a primary ingredient of BAROID 100 HT all-oil drilling fluid.
THERMO MUL provides temperature stability, and reduces filtration.
THERMO MUL is used with lime to produce a calcium soap surfactant in-situ.
*Applications/Functions: Lower filtration rates, Impart high temperature stability
*Advantages: Can be added directly to the system, Resists electrolyte contamination |
