Dyneon PFA X 6515 UHP is a new series of ultra-high purity fluorothermoplastics.
These resins were developed for high-purity applications requiring ultra-low levels of metal and ion extraction, such as in the semiconductor market.
The Dyneon PFA UHP family comprises grades that can be extruded, injection-molded, compressionmolded, transfer-molded, or blow-molded.
Their distinguishing features include:
- Extremely low levels of metals
- Extremely low levels of fluoride ion and other anions
- Excellent chemical resistance and temperature capability up to 260'C(500'F)
- UHP packaged to assure clean, contamination-free product
