The Dyneon PFA-FLEX UHP family exhibits improved environmental stress crack resistance(ESCR) to stress cracking agents such as fluorsurfactants and fluorosurfactant-containing chemicals.
In addition, this family offers very low levels of extractable ions, making it suitable for critical semiconductor wet chemical processes.
Dyneon offers two grades in its PFA-FLEX product line one suitable for tubing applications(PFA-FLEX X 8502 UHP) and one suitable for injection molding applications (PFA-FLEX X 8515 UHP).
