Bactericides And Fungicides.
GEMACIDE LFP shows a high performance with its long-standing protection during storage of all types of pickled, chromed and veg tanned leather.
Is completely biodegradable and thus, facilitates refining process.
Is easily dispersed in highly electrolysed tannage baths.
Should be used between the range 0.15 - 0.40 % over pelt weight.
The total usage quantity can be divided between pickling and tannage bath.
The usage quantity should be adjusted depending on the storage period and conditions.
When used at pickling stage, pH should be kept below 4.
When used at chroming stage, should be added to the bath right after the chrome.
The GEMACIDE LFP should be emulsified with water in a ratio of 1/5 and should be immediately added to the bath. |
