Degreasing Agents.
GEMDEGRIZ 500 is a strong degreasing agent composed of different solvents and emulsifiers.
Emulsifiers used in its formula decrease the surface tension of the fat particles and help the solvent to emulsify the oil.
So, the natural grease inherent in the leather is decreased to the desired levels.
The used amount for raw skin varies between 3-6 % according to the grease content.
Its application is more practical compared to using white spirit.
0.5 % GEMONAL NONIWET is recommended to use in order to increase the activity of the process.
Waterless or 50 % float of 35'C
3-6 % GEMDEGRIZ 500 1h
2 % Salt
Filtrate 100 % water 30'C for 20 minutes.
Wash until the bath becomes clear. |
