GEMLUB RP-230 is a protective oil which protects all kinds of iron and steel materials against oxidation and rust during transportation and pre-storage.( especially sea transportation)
The applied surfaces should be clean and dry.
This increases the effect of the preventive oil, wet surface do not decrease the effect since it has hydrophobic property.
The dipping or brushing methods are advised.
Consumption amount of oil depends on the roughness of the metal surfaces. |

Appearance :Yellow, opaque, high viscous liquid.
Working Temperature :At room temperature.
Working Concentration :It can be used as it is or as a dilution of solvents like tinners.
Formed Film Layer :It forms a slightly thick and waxy film on the surface
Protection Time : At closed places or under roof 12-36 months, At atmospheric conditions 6-18 months. |
