Water Soluble Cutting Fluids.
It is a synthetic, sawdust-production liquid containing EP additives, corrosion inhibitors, anti-oxidants and surfactants.
it provides transparent emulsions.
It is used in 4-8 % concentrations, depending on the operation type.
GEMLUB K-103/S is added slowly into water and the emulsion is prepared by mixing strongly.
It is advised that emulsion is prepared outside then put into the tank.
The concentration is determined by trial depending on the use purpose. |
