Water Soluble Cutting Fluids.
It is a semi-synthetic, sawdust-production liquid, which is improved for manufacturing of soft metals especially aliminum.
It consists of corrosion inhibitors, EP additives, anti-oxidants and surfactants combination, it provides micro emulsion.
It is used in 4-8 % concentrations, depending on the operation types.
GEMLUB K-104 is added slowly into water and the emulsion is prepared by mixing strongly.
It is advised that emulsion is prepared outside then put into the tank.
The concentration is determined by trial depending on the use purpose. |
