Antisplash Additive for Spin Finishes
Combination of synthetic polymers.
GEMSOL ASP is used as an addition to spin finish emulsions.
Usage with GEMSOL SFC-6600 PF:
3 % GEMSOL ASP in combination with 10-12 % GEMSOL SFC-6000 PF emulsion when used for bright trilobe POY yarn production.
Usage with GEMSOL SFC-5350 and GEMSOL SFC-5500:
1-1.5 % GEMSOL ASP in combination with 10 % GEMSOL SFC-5350 or GEMSOL SFC-5500 emulsions.
It is recommended to be cautious with GEMSOL ASP and consult the Technical Service before the first use or in use for different purposes. |

GEMSOL ASP is an antisplash additive developed to be used in synthetic POY production and also can be used as an additive for spin finish emulsions.
Provides optimum lubrication and cohesion.
Prevents dusting and splashes when used at bright trilobal flat yarn production in combination with GEMSOL SFC-6600 PF.
Prevents skipping in texturizing ovens when used in combination with GEMSOL SFC-5350 and GEMSOL SFC-5500, the spin finish products.
Facilitates homogeneous oil pick up.
GEMSOL ASP enables to work in high speed and high OPU conditions because of its antisplash effect. |
