Perfumed Blending Oil.
Mixture of mineral oil, special emulsifiers and antistatic substances.
Gives a good milky emulsion when mixed with water.
The required quantity is obtained by diluting in water (up to 8-10 times the amount).
It is sprayed onto the fibre.
The emulsion concentration may vary according to the blend structure, production conditions and humidity. |

It is a perfumed lubricant used in blending of synthetic and natural filaments.
Provides a smooth, slippery surface by forming a homogeneous film over the fibre.
Reduces fibre-to-metal friction and increases fibre-to-fibre cohesion due to its gliding properties.
Prevents breakages and flying dust of fibres.
Prevents stickiness and facilitates combing.It is easily washed off.
Provides a nice and consistent scent to the fibre with the perfumes in its content. |
