SAYTEX BC-70HS flame retardant is a stabilized source of hexabromocyclododecane exhibiting an excellent balance of thermal stability and flame retardant properties.
* Applications:
SAYTEX BC-70HS flame retardant is designed for use in injection-molded, highimpact polystyrene applications that are required to pass the IEC 695-2-1/2 Glow Wire test from 750'C to 960'C (1.6 and 3.2 mm) and UL94 V2 (1.6 and 3.2 mm). The IEC 695-2-1/2 fire retardant standard is mandatory in electrical applications. UL94 V2 is mandatory in the high-impact polystyrene business equipment housing market.
