WELLGUARD BNB 4 is comprised of oxidized natural oils.
* Applications:
WELLGUARD BNB 4 is a primary emulsifier and wetting agent for invert drilling fluids. It increases the stability of invert emulsions, controls rheological properties, and minimizes water in the HTHP filtrate. It is also effective at reducing the adverse effects of water contamination. Typical treatment rate of WELLGUARD BNB 4 is up to 6 lb/bbl mud, depending
on other components of the drilling fluid. It should be used with sufficient lime to neutralize. |
