WELLGUARD 4060 invert mud secondary emulsifier is comprised of modified polyamides.
* Applications:
WELLGUARD 4060 invert mud secondary emulsifier is a secondary emulsifier and wetting agent for invert drilling fluids. It is designed to provide high emulsification and improve the oil-wettability of drilling solids. It increases the stability of the invert mud, controls rheology and reduces water in the HTHP filtrate. Typical treatment of WELLGUARD 4060 invert mud secondary emulsifier is 1 - 3 lb/bbl mud, depending on the desired rheological properties and other components of the drilling fluid. It is particularly recommended for high-lime
systems. It is often used in conjunction with a primary emulsifier such as WELLGUARD 4 invert mud primary emulsifier/wetting agent or WELLGUARD 2053 invert mud primary emulsifier. |
