WELLGUARD 1230 corrosion inhibitor component is comprised of amino-imidazolines.
* Applications:
WELLGUARD 1230 corrosion inhibitor component is an active base component for corrosion inhibitor formulations, typically targeted for production applications. It should be combined with other additives to enhance the performance in the intended application. WELLGUARD 1230 corrosion inhibitor component is designed for use with hydrocarbon-based solvents to give oil-soluble corrosion inhibitors. It is also designed to form salts with mineral and organic acids to give corrosion inhibitors with varying degrees of dispersibility/solubility in water. WELLGUARD 1230 corrosion inhibitor component is also used as a wetting agent for water based drilling fluids. It effectively reduces the gel and yield point imparted by organophillic clays. |
